The initiator of the INCONTRO festival is the Zeeuws Blauw foundation, a Dutch cultural organization with the owner of the family house Dieuwke Maria Parlevliet as a board member. The foundation is supported by the aid of Saskia Menting from Montefiascone, Michael Tannemyr, Andrea Sterpino and the community of Celleno.
